Brad Warner brings more than five decades of hands-on experience in wine production, winery operations, production equipment, facilities, and winery development. His career includes nearly 30 years with Robert Mondavi Winery, where he progressed from cellar operations to Vice President of Production and, later, Director of Property & Facilities — directing day-to-day production and facilities operations and playing a significant role in the development of Woodbridge Winery and Opus One Winery.
He later served as Vice President, General Manager, and Winemaker at Sawyer Cellars (later Foley Johnson Winery), where he led the winery's launch and expansion, oversaw winery renovations, and managed wholesale sales and distributor relationships. In 1991, while still with Robert Mondavi Winery, he also founded Rutherford Equipment Rental — Napa Valley's first commercial winery-equipment rental company — where he has spent more than three decades working directly with winery production equipment and the secondary equipment market.
Through WARNER Beverage Industry Experts, Brad applies that experience to site inspections, equipment identification and inventories, condition assessments, and remaining useful life analysis in support of professional appraisers, and provides expert witness testimony for attorneys. His experience includes multiple significant tax litigation matters. Every engagement is screened for conflicts with Rutherford Equipment Rental, and his fees never depend on the outcome of a matter or on any value conclusion.
To further support his work with appraisers, Brad is completing the 15-hour National USPAP Course (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and is an Affiliate member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).

Lisa Warner brings more than three decades of beverage-industry experience in production equipment, procurement, winery operations, facilities, and distribution. She began her career in procurement and facilities with Robert Mondavi Winery and then Diageo, purchasing equipment for production and facilities and earning her Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) credential. She went on to serve as Procurement and Project Manager at Hambrecht Wine Group, later moving into sales, including national sales.
Since 2008, Lisa has served as Director of Operations for Rutherford Equipment Rental, where she oversees all aspects of the business, including finance, legal and compliance, equipment purchasing, and management of the company's production equipment inventory. She built the company's operating procedures and customer service platform from the ground up.
Through WARNER Beverage Industry Experts, Lisa manages engagements and prepares the written reports appraisers and attorneys rely on. Her work includes equipment identification and documentation, and analysis of bulk and packaged wine market conditions and distribution. Every engagement is screened for conflicts, and fees never depend on the outcome.
